Check-in & Check-out Policies
- Check-in: After 1:00 PM and before 6:00 PM.
- Arrivals prior to 1:00 PM will incur a $5 per hour charge.
- Arrivals prior to 9:00 AM will incur an additional full daily rate.
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon).
- Check-out after 12:00 PM will incur a $5 per hour charge.
- Check-out after 4:00 PM will incur a full daily rate.

Rates
Nightly Rate: $49.95
- Discounted Nightly Rate: $44.95
- To receive the discounted rate, you must arrive before 6:00 PM.
- This discount is available for First Responders (including law enforcement, fire and rescue, EMTs, and linemen) and active/retired military or veterans.
- The discount applies only to the regular nightly rate.
- An additional $5 per person per night applies for more than two occupants. Children aged three and under stay free.
Weekly Rate: $299.00
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- An additional $5 per person per night applies for more than two occupants. Children aged three and under stay free.
Monthly RV Park Rates: (Effective March 1, 2025)
- From $550.00/ month plus electricity.
- Add a 3% convenience fee if using a credit card for monthly rates.

Important Notes on Facilities
- Onboard washing machines and dishwashers cannot be used in our park. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience.
- To ensure we can provide you with the full, relaxed experience we pride ourselves on, we kindly ask that all guests are able to arrive by 6:00 PM. If your schedule doesn’t allow for a timely arrival, we recommend visiting us on another day, as we are unable to accept reservations for parties arriving after 6 pm.
Cancellation Policies
Please note: While we guarantee your site will have the amenities you booked (water, sewer, 30 or 50 amp electric, Wi-Fi, and pull-through if selected), we do not guarantee a specific site number. The lake, community hall/lounge, and dog park are accessible on foot from any site for able-bodied persons.
Upon completing nightly or weekly reservations, 100% of the balance will be collected. If you have chosen a discounted rate, you must show proof of eligibility upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged the remaining balance of the full rate.
We strongly recommend reading all policies and guidelines thoroughly before your stay. Please call the office at (912) 224-6236 when you are approximately 10 minutes from arriving. We are the second RV Park west of I-95 at Exit 58.
Nightly/Weekly Reservations:
- 8 or more days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of $25 (nightly) / $50 (weekly) and a 10% processing fee of your reservation total will be charged.
- 7 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No refunds for early departure.
Monthly Reservations:
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 per month is required for all monthly reservations.
- This deposit is applied to each month of your original booking. If you depart early, the deposit(s) become non-refundable.

All Reservations (Nightly/Weekly/Monthly) – Weather-Related Cancellations:
- During a holiday or event week:
- 10 days or more prior to arrival: A $50 cancellation fee and a 10% processing fee will be charged.
- 9 days or less prior to arrival: The full amount of your reservation will be charged, with no refunds.
- The only exception is if a “NAMED” storm directly threatens our area during your reservation period AND a mandatory evacuation has been issued for our location.

Guidelines for a Pleasant Stay
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, please observe the following park guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate ejection from the park without a refund.
General Policies
- Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The office is open until 8:00 PM for registered guest needs.
- Check-out is by 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Speed Limit: For everyone’s safety, the park speed limit is 10 MPH or less.
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Visitor Policy: All non-registered visitors must check in at the office upon arrival.
- Trash Disposal: Please take all trash to the designated dumpster location indicated on your park map.
- EV Charging: We do not provide EV charging access, and EV charging at your site is not permitted for nightly or weekly guests.
- Digital Access: Passwords and access codes (e.g., Wi-Fi, Serenity Hall) are exclusively for registered guests only and should not be shared with visitors or others.
Site & RV Specifics
- We do not allow mats on the grass. Not all sites are grass so please ask if you are uncertain if this applies to your site.
- Laundry & Dishwashing: Onboard RV laundry machines and dishwashers are not permitted for use within the park. We offer a convenient on-site laundry facility. Should you require additional options, our staff can direct you to a local laundromat.
- Clotheslines: Absolutely no outdoor clotheslines are permitted.
- RV Washing: Washing of RVs or vehicles is strictly prohibited. Please inquire with park hosts or owners for directions to the nearest car/truck wash. Bug washing of windshields, however, is permitted and encouraged.
- RV Repairs: RV repairs are not permitted unless approved by park management.
- Self-Contained RVs: All RVs must be self-contained as all sites offer full hookups (water, sewer, and 30 or 50 amp electric). While we provide restrooms, showers are not available.
- Prohibited Items: The use of inflatable playgrounds, bouncy houses, or portable hot tubs at any site is not permitted.
- Please DO NOT traverse through vacant or occupied sites while driving or walking through the park.
- NO household appliances are to be outside of your RV or in your site. If you have an appliance you need and can’t keep it in your RV, you need to find storage elsewhere.
Fire & Safety
- Community Fire Pits: When using the park’s community fire pits, common sense and safety precautions are essential. Do not light fires if it’s windy or if the humidity level is below 40%.
- Site Fire Pits: Only smokeless fire pits (e.g., Solo, Breeo, Tiki) are permitted at individual sites.
- Damage to Property: Burning the ground or picnic tables will result in a $250.00 charge to your card on file.
- Firearms & Fireworks: The discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly prohibited at all times.
Lake & Water Activities
- Lake Swimming: Swimming in the lake is permitted but not encouraged. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time, and alligators are not uncommon in the lake. Swim at your own risk.
- Children & Water Safety: Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent in the water, and children under 18 must be under adult supervision while near the lake.
Pet Policies
- Leash Policy: All dogs must be on a leash (no longer than 6 feet) at all times, with the sole exception of designated areas within the bark park.
- Supervision: Any dog outside of your RV must be accompanied by a human capable of handling them at all times.
- Waste Removal: You are required to pick up your dog’s waste immediately, regardless of its size. Failure to do so will result in automatic ejection from the park without refund. No exceptions.
- Cats: Cats are not permitted to roam off leash. The only exception to this rule is the Park Cat and her name is Katie. She is very friendly and will let you pet her for a minute. PLEASE DO NOT FEED Katie. For her safety, Katie spends nights in the office and if she is being fed by others it is hard to get her inside.
- Building Access: Animals are not permitted inside any park buildings.
While McIntosh Lake RV Park is dedicated to maintaining an environment of safety and serenity, we must formally remind our guests that personal property remains under their own vigilant care. We assume no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Furthermore, in an ever-shifting economy, our pricing is subject to change without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the park running (and the lawyers/insurance company satisfied).
